{Sedona} Couthouse Butte, Bell Rock vortex & lots of eating

For our last full day in Sedona, we wanted to get in another hike, enjoy a massage and, of course, keep on eating. We pretty much ate our way through that place.

We started with a walk along the four-mile trail around Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock. Apparently there is another vortex at Bell Rock. That might explain why there were so many people there. Once again, we failed to feel the energy. Maybe we needed to spend a little less time chit chatting and a little more time turning inward. That’s the next trip.

Jen’s new hiking boots…now all dusty red.

Jen wants you to think we started at daybreak, but we never left the hotel before 9:30.

Next up was a quick lunch before our massages. Sedona is filled with spas and well-being improvement places, so we knew we needed to take advantage.

Jen can’t wait for her lunch!

Jen’s lunch. And mine, too.

The massages were great. It was all we could do to get to the coffee shop.

Super relaxed Jen.

After that it was time for dinner. I wasn’t kidding about all that eating. The next morning we drove back to Phoenix and flew home (without any delays!). I’m so happy to have had a few days in the desert with Jen and so glad to be home with my dudes.
